This system realizes automated operations from unpacking, restocking, sorting, coding to packaging of cigarettes. The sorting efficiency of the entire system can reach over 30000 pieces/hour, suitable for distribution centers with a delivery volume of 200000 large boxes.

Technical Characteristics

  • Mixed sorting

    By adopting a mixed sorting technology of vertical sorting machines, electronic label shelves, and horizontal channel machines, the online sorting of all grade cigarettes has been achieved.

  • Product specification classification

    Divide the types of cigarettes based on their size, and layout the cigarette warehouse according to the type of cigarette.

  • Multi-layer subline

    Set up multi-layer sub lines for parallel and independent sorting without interference with each other.

  • Extra large pre sort

    The distance between non household cigarettes ensures the maximum number of pre sorted cigarettes stored on the cache conveyor belt, and each layer of sub line is equipped with a pre sorted cache function.

  • High speed distribution mechanism

    Adopting a high-speed sponge speed difference distribution mechanism to achieve secondary sorting.

  • Combining sorting and packaging

    Sorting and packaging are unified electronic control and information system platforms.
